Jean‑Georges Thouvenot supports business leaders with a bespoke approach at the crossroads of law, tax and economics. His litigation practice, particularly in shareholder disputes and tax litigation, directly informs his advisory work.
A practising lawyer since January 2017, with nearly ten years of experience, he acts for clients across France, notably in Occitanie, the Basque coast and the Paris region.

Corporate law & taxation
Company formation, annual legal compliance, share capital transactions, drafting and negotiation of shareholders’ agreements. Business transfers, sales of goodwill and liberal-practice assets. In tax matters, he supports directors and their entities on an ongoing basis: 2035 and 2072 returns, personal income tax, wealth tax (IFI), recurring tax issues, securing structural decisions and tax litigation.
