Holder of a Master's in Corporate Taxation from Université Paris-Dauphine, Victoire Carrère joined COTEG Avocats to strengthen the firm's tax practice. Trained at the Paris Bar School (EFB), she has developed a solid command of corporate tax law and corporate law, both in an advisory and contentious capacity. Her dual perspective — strategic advisory and contentious defence — enables her to support businesses across the full range of their tax challenges, from optimising their structures to managing investigations and disputes before the competent courts. At COTEG Avocats, she also practises commercial law, bringing complementary expertise to the team in the service of directors and their projects.
